Guidepost Terms of Service

In effect from 15 September 2026 · https://guidepost.komen.now/terms

1. The service

Guidepost is an Instagram automation and insights service operated by Komen (“we”, “us”) at guidepost.komen.now. A creator connects an Instagram professional account and sets up Campaigns: when someone comments, messages or replies to a Story with a chosen keyword, Guidepost sends that person an automated private reply with the creator’s link or content, and can post a short public reply. Guidepost also shows the creator their Instagram Insights, counts clicks on the links it sends, serves a public Bio page, and on paid Plans writes AI reports.

2. Who these terms apply to

These terms are an agreement between us and each creator who signs up for a Workspace (“you”). By signing up, or by using Guidepost as a Member of someone else’s Workspace, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you comment on or message a creator’s account and receive an automated reply, the creator chose that content and is responsible for it. Sections 7, 8 and 14 explain what that means for you.

3. Eligibility and your Workspace

4. Plans, pricing and trial

5. Payment and past due

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in the billing portal (Settings → Billing). Your Plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for; after that the Workspace is treated as past due in section 5: readable, links working, automation paused. To remove everything, use Settings → Delete workspace; Instagram is disconnected at once and all data is permanently deleted after 7 days.

7. Acceptable use

We may pause a Campaign or a Workspace that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why.

8. Your content and links

You own your captions, reply text, links, brand notes and anything else you put into Guidepost. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the processors named in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what your replies say and where your links go, and for keeping any promises you make in them to the people who receive them. Guidepost never posts to your account or edits your content on its own.

9. Instagram and Meta

Guidepost uses the Instagram API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of Instagram remains governed by Instagram’s own terms and policies. Meta may change or withdraw API features, rate limits or permissions at any time; features that depend on them may change or stop as a result. Removing Guidepost from your Instagram account disconnects the Account and stops all Campaigns. Guidepost is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta or Instagram.

10. AI reports

AI reports, next actions, hook drafts and asset prompts are suggestions generated by a language model from your own data. They can be wrong. Check them before acting on them; you decide what to post. Reports are subject to the monthly limits of your Plan.

11. Availability

We run Guidepost on a best-effort basis and do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, pause or discontinue features, and may take the service down for maintenance. Delivery of replies and collection of Insights depend on Instagram’s platform and may be delayed or fail.

12. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we provide the service “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, lost followers or lost data arising from your use of the service, of the content it sends, or of any AI report. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Termination

14. Privacy

How we handle personal data, including the data of people who comment on or message your account and how anyone can request deletion, is described in our Privacy Policy. Within your Workspace you are responsible for handling the data of your audience lawfully.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute will be heard by the courts of Malaysia, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be taken away.

16. Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, email Workspace owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
